Terms and Condition:

             Customers can book villa/hotel share/plot according to their preference, based on availability, by submitting a specific application form provided by the company.

             Booking for villa/hotel share/plot requires submission of two copies of the company's designated application form along with a booking fee of BDT 50,000 for the villa and hotel share including a copy of the voter ID card.

             The price of villa/hotel share/plot will be determined according to the company's specified price list. The company reserves the right to change the price list at any time but will not change the price of the booked villa/hotel share/plot in the future.

             For a one-time payment, the full amount must be paid upon booking, and for installment payment, a down payment of25%of the total price within 3 (three) months is required before a non-judicial stamp of BDT 600 is affixed to the preliminary agreement. After paying 30% of the total price the company will provide the land registration to the customer.

             All payments are payable by cheque/cash/bank draft in favor of "MACH10 Holdings Ltd."

             Customers residing abroad can send an equivalent amount of money through exchange or bank transfer.

             The company will undertake the installation of water, electricity, gas, sewerage lines, and telephone connections in the project area according to government regulations. Each customer will bear the necessary expenses at the specified rate.

             Upon completion of the project development process and under the agreement, the villa/hotel share/plot will be transferred. The registration process will be completed after the transfer.

             Customers will bear the stamp duty, registration fee, gain tax, VAT, documentation charges, and other related expenses for villa/hotel share/plot registration and transfer.

             Social development activities in the project area after the transfer of the villa/hotel share/plot will be managed through "MACH10 Holdings Ltd.

             The operational management of the project for commercial purposes will be managed through "MACH10 Holdings Ltd." after the completion of all construction activities.

             Monthly rent/profit/annual rent will be determined in consultation with all owners after the completion of the villa/hotel share/plot transfer. Business activities will be conducted according to the mutually agreed contract at that time.

             The company reserves the right to make changes/modifications to the layout in the interest of the project.

             If three consecutive installments are unsuccessful, the company may cancel the customer's booking with a 30 days’ notice.

             If the applicant disagrees with the purchase of a villa/hotel share/plot after payment and receipt of booking and wishes to cancel the allocated villa/hotel share/plot, a written application must be submitted to the authority. In case of cancellation of villa/hotel share/plot, a documentation/service charge of 10% of the plot's payment amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 6 (six) months from the date of authorization of the application. Plot/villa/hotel share should be used only for the designated purpose of the specified project. All types of development activities for villa/hotel share/plot must be completed according to government regulations.

             In case of natural disasters, force majeure, accidents, or political circumstances, there may be delays in plot allocation, which the customer must accept for the greater interest of the project.

             In case of name change, a specified amount must be paid to the company for name change/addition/removal.
