Ms. Sammi Akter graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Studies followed by Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Chittagong University. She is an HR professional. During Ms. Sammi's vast experience of over 15 years, she has worked with various esteemed organizations including PRAN-RFL Group, DBL Group, RSPL Health BD, KAI-Altech Group and many other companies at Mid and Senior Management Levels. She possesses varied and multifarious experience in the field of Human Resources including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, PMS, Corporate Training etc. She now runs her own HR consulting business as well. She has joined the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 18 December 2022.
